In two weeks we will finally reach our final destination: Sydney.
It's incomprehensible that the 'traveling' part of our journey is coming to an end as it was so
surreal that it even ever began. The time was slow at first, but the last month has rushed by and
all of a sudden we're boarding a flight to Bali, with a fourteen day countdown.

I'm quite looking forward to reaching a more permanent destination of sorts, as being on the move
for the past 11 weeks has been almost as tiring as it's been fun (I realise I'm delving into
massive #firstworldproblems here, but bare with me) as squeezing packing my belongings up
every 24 or 48 hours never gives you the chance to 'settle' like you normally can. Like when
you return from holiday and it's surprisingly enjoyable to get home, unpack and feel very
satisfied with yourself and able to get back to getting stuff 'done'. Like to-do lists, washing,
tidying, sorting...

Wait! Did I just admit I miss to do lists?

I guess I did. It's the small things that I miss, the small rituals. Small rituals of feeling at home,
or rather making yourself feel at home. I feel like I've been on the move so much recently I
haven't had the time to begin to feel at home, and if I do then I'm most likely leaving it the
 next day.

So I'm relishing the thought of dropping my bags and setting up camp somewhere.

But I'm also looking forward to the next two weeks in Bali, follow me on Instagram to keep
up to date.

Finally! An outfit! I stood against a wall and took a photo.
Incredible what you can do when you put your mind to it.

I feel like since I've been travelling there's been lots of beach/pool/touristy photos and I wanted to
do a post (maybe even a couple) that are more 'blog' like to remind myself - and you, too - what
this blog is about. Not that it's all just about outfits, but that they fit in here still, along with the
travel documentation.

I bought this Play by Commes de Garcons t-shirt in Hong Kong. It was the perfect buy as I wanted
a stripey top, and had always wanted a CDG tee. Only problem is is that it's rather thick
for Vietnamese weather, so it's in the evening wear or -wait-till-I-get-to-Sydney pile.

Currently the weather has blessed us with cloudless skies, and Danang with the perfect beach.
After having spent some time in the city of Hue it's nice to be back with the sand between my
toes and a pool to dive in.

Chinese women are well known for loving their skincare, so I was very excited to have a look
around when we landed in Hong Kong. I was running low on my Clarins glow drops, but of
course failed to find anything that could possibly make my skin darker. White is the name of
the game in Hong Kong (and much of South East Asia).

Not being deterred, I would pop into a pharmacy on almost every road to have a look at what was
on offer. Being an Asian brand I stumbled across lots of SK-II, but the big bottles come with the
big price tags. The day before we left, I found a shop filled with piles and piles of samples
and happily grabbed myself a a basket and filled it up, and was able to buy all the of the above
for less than £20.

So far I'm really impressed with the Facial Treatment Gentle Cleanser which I've been using in
the place of my usual cleanser, in addition to the Facial Treatent Clear Lotion which is a toner
of sorts (especially great for my constantly smothered in sun-cream skin). Think once we get
to Sydney - and I'm not longer living out of a suitcase- I might even consider spending the big
bucks on the full size bottles.

Hello Vietnam!

We had the most amazing time staying on Con Dao, a small island south of Ho Chi Minh. After
a couple days of rain our sun dances paid off and we were drenched from morning to evening
 in glorious sunshine.

Will do a proper post soon when I have more time- currently exploring the mountains and
waterfalls in Dalat.
