This way I know I'm always looking after it the best way possible. Because yes, skin
in temperamental and changes every day depending on what you have or haven't eaten
and drunk and what it's been exposed to.
However, the first step of my skincare regime is always the same: cleanse.
The rest of your skincare becomes pretty much void if you don't cleanse correctly, so here's
the low down on what goes on in my bathroom cabinet...
I use a gentle milk or foaming cleanser in the morning - such as Clinique Redness
Solutions Soothing cleanser, ZEN Botanics or La Roche Posay Physiological
In the evening I opt for a balm or oil to properly remove my make up, favourites
are Diptyque Nourishing Cleansing Balm and REN Centifolia No.1 Purity Cleansing
Balm, and then I usually follow with a lighter one after, too, to really get rid of any
extra residue. Obagi's Gentle Cleanser works well for a second go as it doesn't irritate my
skin. If my skin's acting up (morning or evening) I'll use a cleanser that does a mini peel
of my skin to really make it glow - the two that do this most efficiently are La Prairie Foam
Cleanser and Dermalogica Skin Resurfacing Cleanser. The latter is seriously impressive c
