What skincare I pack for a long trip abroad.

This line up of products was taken in New York when I had been away for nearly a month. They
had to first look after my skin in Mexico in the heat and sun and then in New York in the dirt
and humidity.

My main objectives are: keeping my pores clean, my skin protected and hydrated, being able to
take my makeup and sunscreen off properly at the end of everyday.

Exfoliate: Bliss Micro Magic. Uses fine volcanic pumice to give your skin a mini
microdermabrasion treatment. Goodbye dead skin.

Micellar Water: La Mer The Cleansing Micellar Water. Extremely hydrating (and therefore
kind of sensitive skin from travel, sun or just not being in it's usual climate) without being
oily. Removes make-up when you're too drunk on Mezcal tired to use a cleanser.

Oil: Pai Rosehip BioRegenrate Oil. If you've never tried this, your skin has never really been
happy.

Oil Cleanser: Cosmetics 27 Bio Balancing Cleansing Balm. I love this small pot of balm-to-oil
cleanser to remove makeup at the end of the day.

Cream Cleanser: Pai Camellia & Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser. In the morning, I cleanse
with a cream cleanser and this one is soft and gentle on skin, so no matter what you've been
putting it through

The Mask: Pai Rosehip BioRegenrate Rapid Radiance Mask. Once the sun and margaritas
started taking their toll on our skin in Mexico, my friends and I found this was the best remedy
to get us glowing again.

Hydrating Serum: Avène Hydrance Optimal. Simple, well priced, effective and in a small pot
aka perfect for your suitcase.

Hydration Booster: Dermalogica Hydrating Booster. Apply a few drops directly to the face,
or add a drop of this to any serum or cream and even the driest skin will turn soft thanks to the
hyaluronic acid.

Daily sunscreen: Clinique SPF50 Mineral Sunscreen Fluid for Face. Super light, not shiny,
enriched with mineral benefits. Win, win, win.

Eye Cream: Dermalogica Intensive Eye Repair. Full of vitamin B5 to boost this often problem
area with hydration and vitamins A, C E to protect the area and soothing botanicals to um, soothe.

Spot killer: La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo. If ever I'm breaking out, this guy saves the day.

Everyday moisturise: Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre. The French pharmacy classic that
I've been using for years keeps my skin protected and soft with no fuss.

Super fancy hydrating moisturiser: Sisley Hydra Global. Intense hydration through every
layer of the skin. Great when you just got off a plane.
