Red was the order of the day. Well, the first at least. It was then joined by camel, white and black. With a collection that had a surprisingly energetic feel to it (which can sometimes be unusual in autumn/winter shows), Jackson combined knitwear in cashmere, fleeced boiled wools, luxurious alpacas and ragged woolly lace.
The looks were in block colours, and always accompanied by white tights (do I spy a new trend?), that combined the above mentioned fabrics faultlessly- a favourite being the red maxi shirt, large knit red jumper topped off with a boiled wool gilet. Astonishingly, again, this works. This collection presents solid key pieces for the modern woman. Perfect.
