REFLECTION.
Reflections in the water and in my mind.
Water helps me reflect. I’ve always loved swimming in the ocean and lying in the sun, since I was
a little girl. Sure, it began as playing with my sisters and eventually as a teenager wanting to work
on my tan… But I’ve always found swimming and lying in the sun the perfect time to think, to sit
with my mind – a kind of meditation. Not focusing on breath but on heat on my skin, the
relaxing feeling of having tired yourself out swimming and lying down to relax on your towel.
Taking a deep breath and letting your whole body – and mind – relax.
