WHAT’S IN MY BAG.
The term ‘weekend trip’ is usually accompanied by squeals of excitement – a fast and fun trip away, somewhere special. However (as I found last weekend) when it comes to packing it’s hard to know what to take as you don’t want to overdo it but still want to feel like you’ve brought enough options. (Oh, options).
So when I was deciding what to pack for a quick trip to Paris last weekend, I needed a handbag that could hold the extras from my weekend bag and my new Rebecca Minkoff bag is the perfect size to fit in everything I need – big enough to not be a squeeze and small enough to still look chic.
I’m a mist addict, and my skin loves this one as I use the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence every morning and night, so it recognises the product and is instantly soothed.
La Prairie skin caviar eye lift
This is actually a sample from the store which I got after a facial, but it means it’s the perfect mini size to through in my handbag for any under-eye emergencies.
Glossier stretch concealer
Also around for under-eye or breakout emergencies, the blendable texture of this product means it goes on easily over other makeup.
Eyeko black magic mascara
From the Eyeko Mini Mascara Wardrobe, this is a mini of one of my favourite mascaras made for travel (aka when I got on a plane so early I was still asleep and didn’t put mascara on).
La Mer the perfecting treatment
Also around for Emma was too sleepy to do anything this morning but now she has a meeting times, this treatment blurs pores and imperfections and gives you a IRL lit from within / I wasn’t asleep 10 minutes ago look. Phew.
