GAME CHANGERS.

The products that changed my skin in 2016.

2016 was the year I felt like my skin became ‘adult’ – and not in a bad way. Less breakouts and
ups and downs meant I now feel I know how I can treat it, and – dare I say it – trust it to behave.

Less moody, more responsible.

I’m sure it’s partly to do with getting older, but I’m confident it’s also to do with using products
regularly (testing out products can cause havoc on my skin – #humblebrag but it’s true) and finding
the right products for my skin. These are what I’m dubbing my ‘game changers’ that have made
a noticeable different to the texture, tone and glowing-ness of my skin. I use them everyday.

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream
The simplest cream of them all. It’s an emollient cream that protects the skin and is perfect for
smoothing it out before applying make up.

La Prairie Essence in Lotion
Yikes, yes it’s expensive – but it’s worth every penny! I use it every night after cleansing (pre
serum) and feel it hydrates my skin and makes my serums work better.

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair capsules
It’s no secret I was already a big fan of the ANR serum, but these are more potent and are one of
my favourite booster serums to use at night, or in the morning as a primer!

Pai Copaiba Deep Cleanse AHA Mask
I feel like this mask removes all the impurities from my skin and leaves it feeling and looking
squeaky clean. Great for breakouts or as a reset before a big occasion.

Sisley Neck Cream
Millennial = constantly looking down at my phone. Sad, but true. This cream keeps the skin on
my neck tight(er) and reminds me to use upward motions when applying any products.

Omorovicza Instant Perfection Serum
The newest addition to the list, I’ve been addicted to this serum since October and using it every
morning (recently mixing it with the Oxygen Booster, too). It makes my skin look unbelievably
radiant and feel hydrated for the whole day.

Elizabeth Arden Skin Illuminating Pads
I’ve been raving about these since first trying them in September. I love a good exfoliating acid
after cleansing but these are – quite surprisingly – the best I’ve ever used. Want to look like you
have photoshopped skin? Use these. You’ll thank me.
