Since being back to London, life seems to be moving at a faster rate than ever. I don’t know if
that’s just because things were more laid back in Sydney or I’ve just gotten busier, but I’ve been
consciously taking the time for ‘me time’ and letting myself relax – whether it’s meditation,
pilates or even a good cup of tea. There’s nothing quite like the first sip of a cup of tea that makes
you remember everything will be okay. It’s perhaps a very British concept, but what can’t
be solved with a cup of tea and a sit down? Not much. It allows you to take time out to reflect
and get your thoughts in order.
That’s why I love the concept of celebrating your own ‘White Tea moment’ as part of the launch
of the Elizabeth Arden White Tea eau de toilette. It’s a zen like fragrance with a musky, woody
and floral mix that makes you want to take a deep breath and enjoy the moment. I shot these
photo during our trip to Babington House, where getting out of London and being able to do
my morning swim like I used to in Sydney while watching the sunrise was a moment in itself.
What would be your White Tea Moment? Do let me know on Instagram.
