MARRAKECH ON FILM.

I visited Marrakech last December for a few days and had such a great long weekend there that I decided to go back again this year. It’s not a super expensive trip – you can get great deals on flights and spend as much or little as you like on a room in a Riad. My favourite place is Riad Jardin Secret which I stayed at for a bit last time too – you can read my full long weekend in Marrakech guide here – but decided to stay in one place this time as I wanted to really relax. And we sure did, we read, ate, slept so well and came back refreshed just as we had hoped.

The one thing I did this time which I didn’t last was finally visit the LRNCE studio aka homeware heaven. Their studio is just outside the medina so only a short taxi away and both Tia and I snapped up some plates, vases and bowls. One day I’ll get a rug and chair! We were ready for this and had both packed a small suitcase inside our big suitcase so that we could fill the small one and take it as hand luggage on the way back.

My film diary is below to show you a little of what we got up to.
