THE LINGERIE EDIT.

I thought it was about time I did an edit of my favourite underwear pieces. Just like I love swimwear, I love lingerie. It’s a joy to wear and over the years I’ve developed quite a collection of everyday pieces and ‘special occasion’ sets. I love a classic black pant as much as a lace bra, so I’ve listed  my favourites below. For me, putting on my underwear each morning reminds me to spend a little moment with my body, and with good cuts I’m more easily able to appreciate my shape – something I think is healthy to do at least once a day – even if it’s just a glance in the mirror. It’s as much for me as for anyone else. It doesn’t mean it has to be a fancy lingerie set everyday, just something I feel confident in.

Overall, the brands I reach for for comfort are Chantelle (with amazing one-size-fits-all seamless underwear – my favourite is the high waisted thong), for beautiful underwire bras that can be worn daily I love Fleur of England, and for the ultimate fun lace, mesh and satin it’s Dora Larsen. If you’re going for super cosy bamboo – then Arq and Hara are both incredible brands with sustainability at their  forefront.

The black bra I’m wearing in the photo above is this one from Chantelle’s recycled line – so incredible and very comfortable too!

And since we’re all struggling with the loungewear-that-looks-chic at the moment, I also added in some of my favourite pieces to WFH in. Comfortable for the sofa but also chic enough for a video call.
